Usage Agreement

Service Overview

The i360 Cloud Phone service is a service whereby we use third parties to provide a packaged telephony services to clients. 




  1. “We”, “Our”, “Us” means Innovation360 Pty Ltd

  2. “You”, “Your”, “Client”, “Account Holder” means the company or organisation to whom we specifically supply our services.

  3. Your primary identifier is the ABN supplied at the time you activated your subscription.

  4. These Terms of Service are the terms and conditions referred to in the online PCsecure247 webform titled “Sign Up Form” completed and submitted by you to us via https://www.pcsecure247.net.au/sign-up

  5. Submitting the abovementioned online Service Activation Form, forms the contract between you and us.

  6. Your submission of the online Sign Up Form and the payment of your ITsecure247 subscription constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service..

  7. In the event of conflict between these Terms of Service and any previous terms of service or terms and conditions, these Terms of Service will prevail.


1. Billing 

Innovation 360 Billing Policy

There are a number of variations on the standard i360 Cloud Services Billing Policy outlined below.

  • All invoices will be issued on the 10th of the month

  • Services charged in advance are;

    • Phone lines

    • Phone numbers

    • Cloud phone system hosting

    • Technical Support and account Management fees - on all lines and numbers

  • Services charged in arrears are;

    • All call costs

    • Technical Support and account Management fees - on all call costs

    • Setup fee is charged in advance of any setup work

  • First invoice for plans and call charges will include;

    • pro-rata fees for lines/numbers active in the first month

    • active lines/numbers for second month

    • active lines/numbers for third month

    • call charges from first month

  • Additional annual fees apply if clients require more than 8 phone lines.

2. Requirements 

  1. PCs must be running Windows 7 or newer

  2. Macs must be running OSX or newer 

  3. i360 Cloud Services will provide compatible handsets. Other handsets will not be supported.

  4. Reliable Internet services including ADSL, NBN and 4G.

  5. Internet speed will depend on the number of lines required. We are able to provide specific recommendations on request but a simple guide follows.

3. Technology

  1. Third parties include Aatrox, 3CX, Amazon Web Services and Yealink handsets.​

  2. Aatrox is a SIP service provider and provides all call related functionality including all reporting. i360 Cloud Services is able to provide Aatrox produced reports showing your call activity to verify billing information.

 4. Support 

  1. Support for the services is included in your subscription

  2. Support requests relating to your PCs or handsets are attended to at $165 inc GST per hour

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

i360 can view your call logs and your saved contacts in your centralised company address book. However, we do not have any way to listen in on calls or record them.

8. Miscellaneous 

  1. No delay or failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service will be deemed to be a waiver or in any way prejudice our rights.

  2. These Terms of Service comprise the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, agreements or representations between you and us.

  3. The laws of the State of New South Wales shall govern these Terms of Service.

  4. If any term of these Terms of Service is or may become for any reason invalid and unenforceable at law, the validity and enforceability of the remainder will not be affected. 



9. Future Updates to this Usage Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Usage Agreement at any time and any amended terms will be effective upon posting to this website. We will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to you via email. Your continued use of our service after any changes have been posted will be deemed acceptance of any amendments.​
