Usage Agreement

Service Overview

PCsecure247 is a service whereby we use cloud based security tools to monitor and patch PCs . The six components we manage are listed here.

If PCsecure247 detects an issue with any of the PCs we manage we proactively resolve the security issue via the cloud based tools. If we cannot complete this remotely some changes will be needed to be made to your PC. If this is the case and local PC changes are needed then additional fees may be charged.

Definitions

  1. “We”, “Our”, “Us” means Innovation360 Pty Ltd

  2. “You”, “Your”, “Client”, “Account Holder” means the company or organisation to whom we specifically supply our services.

  3. Your primary identifier is the ABN supplied at the time you activated your subscription.

  4. These Terms of Service are the terms and conditions referred to in the online PCsecure247 webform titled “Sign Up Form” completed and submitted by you to us via https://www.pcsecure247.net.au/sign-up

  5. Submitting the abovementioned online Service Activation Form, forms the contract between you and us.

  6. Your submission of the online Sign Up Form and the payment of your ITsecure247 subscription constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service..

  7. In the event of conflict between these Terms of Service and any previous terms of service or terms and conditions, these Terms of Service will prevail.

2. Device requirements 

  1. PCs must be running Windows 7 or newer

  2. Macs must be running OSX or newer 
     

3. Technology

  1.  We use Comodo One cloud security solution in conjunction with Comodo EndPoint Security client.
     

 4. Support 

  1. Support requests are attended to at $165 inc GST per hour

  2. Proactive patching via the Comodo One platform is not charged for. We will monitor and ensure your PC security components are functioning as they should be for the monthly subscription. 

  3. If changes are required to your PC to allow Comodo One to complete the security patching additional fees may apply.

8. Miscellaneous 

  1. No delay or failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service will be deemed to be a waiver or in any way prejudice our rights.

  2. These Terms of Service comprise the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, agreements or representations between you and us.

  3. The laws of the State of New South Wales shall govern these Terms of Service.

  4. If any term of these Terms of Service is or may become for any reason invalid and unenforceable at law, the validity and enforceability of the remainder will not be affected. 

  5. The cloud based technology we use to secure your PCs does have remove access capabilities. However, these are never used and disabled. I360 Cloud Directors have control of this feature and have disabled it for I360 staff operating the PCsecure247 service.

  6. By default when you install PCsecure247's mobile protection software a location detection features is enabled. This is to allow you to locate your phone if it is lost or stolen. We are able to detect the phone's location (with your permission). However, you are able to disable this function by disabling "location" in the app's permission settings.

  7. Cloud Application Security (CAS) technologies used to protect Office365 mailboxes from viruses and malware and our Office365 Mailbox backup service do require us to have a global administrator user account setup within your Office365 Tenancy which means we have access to make changes within your Office365 Tenancy including changing passwords or adding/removing mailboxes.

  8. Cloud Application Security is underpinned by the TREND AntiVirus engine and connects to Office365 mailboxes to detect and filter insecure messages before they are downloaded to your Outlook.

 

9. Future Updates to this Usage Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Usage Agreement at any time and any amended terms will be effective upon posting to this website. We will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to you via email. Your continued use of our service after any changes have been posted will be deemed acceptance of any amendments.​
