At i360 we make things nice and simple. We take you through the process step by step, learning about what you need and suggesting options.
Step 1 - Consultation & Quote
We work with you to understand what you need your phone system to do. Once we understand the requirements we can recommend how the cloud phone system can deliver on what you need. This includes how incoming calls will be routed and a full quote showing costs.
Step 2 - Setup
If you are happy with the quote and give us the go ahead we can move onto the setup of the PABX. The heart of the cloud phone service is the PABX. This is the "brain" of the system and controls all functionality across your phone system. It is hosted by i360 at Amazon Web Services and is accessible via a web browser. This is setup to provide all the functionality requirements identified in Step 1.
Step 3 – App installation
Once the PABX is up and running the next step is for you to connect to it via the Cloud Phones App. The app can be installed on PCs, mobile phones, tablets etc. They just need to be connected to the internet. A welcome email is sent to each user/staff member that allows them to connect the app to the system.
Step 4 – Going Live
Once everything is setup and tested we will “flick the switch” and enable the system to start receiving and making calls. You can choose to forward (done by current telco) an existing number to a new one or we can “port” the old number across. You can also do a combination of both as porting the number can take some time depending on the telco provider currently controlling the number.
Step 5 – Flexibility going forward
Now that the system is live you are able to make changes to your system to allow it to evolve and adapt to your business requirements. Our cloud based phone service is very flexible and feature rich. To make changes simply login to the web-based console and adjust your settings. Add a new item in your digital menu, record a new greeting or add an extension. It’s all there at the touch of a button.
